Timesaving: How much time do you expect to save?
Occurence: How often do you have to perform a task which you could save time on?
Duration: How long is the period over which you have to do the task.

I can save a whole week (36.5 hours) by just running a script that will take the down the work-time to about an hour. I am supposed to do this job every week.

I can develope the script for the next 1.29 months (without getting my weekly work falling behind, ofc).
