Error C9

Source

When the error code C9 appears, that's not good. It means: 'motor fault'.

Reset

For resetting the Machine to the following:

1. Press and hold together: prewash and soaking buttons
2. While holding them turn the dial one click anti-clockwise.
3. Release the buttons.
4. Turn the dial to "off", to any program and back to "off".
5. Withouth repairing the motor, this error will come back.
